Mr. Zhang Lin, born in 1972, is a Director and President of the Company and also serves as a director of Wanda Group and chairman of the board of directors of Wanda Real Estate Group. He joined Wanda Group in March 2000 and has held various positions such as president of Wanda Culture Group, vice president of Wanda Group and chief financial officer of Wanda Group.

Mr. Zhang Lin graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in accounting in July 1994 and obtained an Executive MBA from Peking University in January 2012. He is also a non-practicing member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the China Certified Tax Agents Association.

Mr. Xiao Guangrui, borned in 1970, is a director of the Company as well as director of Wanda Group. Previously, he served as general manager of the Human Resources Department, assistant to the president, and vice president of the Company, and vice president of Wanda Culture Industry Group, and held the posts of senior vice president and general manager of the Human Resources Management Center of Wanda Group concurrently. Before joining the Company, he held managerial positions in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, Dalian Pharmaceutical Group and Dalian Sanhuan Group.

Mr. Xiao graduated from Liaoning Normal University with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese in July 1992 and from Dalian University of Technology with an MBA in July 2000.

Mr. Han Xu, borned in 1971, is a director of the Company while also serving as senior vice president and general manager of the Financial Management Center of Wanda Group, as well as non-executive director and authorized representative of Wanda Hotel Development Co., Ltd. (00169. HK) and director of Wanda Group Overseas Limited. His previous roles include: general manager of the Financial Management Center, assistant to the president, assistant to the senior president and vice president of Wanda Group.

Mr. Han graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a master’s degree in July 2002.

Mr. He Qicong, born in 1971, and a Director of the Company. He is currently the vice president and general manager of the legal affairs and capital center of Wanda Group. He joined Wanda Group in April 2018 and served as the vice president and general manager of the securities affairs center. He has also served as a supervisor since March 2020. Prior to joining Wanda Group, he served as the chief financial officer of Founder Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. from July 2002 to October 2003; served as the general manager of the capital management center and group assistant president of Peking University Founder Group Company Limited from October 2003 to November 2011; he held several positions in Founder Securities Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 601901), including vice president and secretary to the board of directors, chief financial officer, president, director of the executive committee and chairman from November 2011 to April 2018.

Mr. He Qicong obtained a bachelor's degree in management information system from Zhejiang Gongshang University in July 1993, a master's degree in business administration from Zhengzhou University in June 2004, and an EMBA degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in July 2009. He also obtained the qualifications of certified public accountant, lawyer, and registered asset appraiser.

Mr. Li Zhaohui, borned in 1975, is a director of the Company. He is currently a managing partner of Tencent Investment and general manager of Tencent Investment’s M&A Department. Since March 2018, he has been on the board of directors of Yonghui Yunchuang Technology Co. Ltd., an associated company of Yonghui Superstores (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: SH601933). From 2008 to 2010, he acted as the investment director of Bertelsmann Asia Investments.

Mr. Li graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University with a bachelor’s degree in 1998 and from Duke University with an MBA in 2004.

Mr. Liu Jipeng, borned in 1956, is an independent director of the Company. He has 31 years of experience in economic and corporate research. He has been the dean and second-grade professor of the Business School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) since November 2016. Moreover, he has been the dean, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Capital Finance of CUPL since 2015, legal advisor of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council since 2017, deputy director of the Independent Directors Committee of the China Association for Public Companies since 2016, and vice chairman of China Enterprise Reform and Development Society since 2012. He was an independent director of the Company from December 2009 to January 2016 and served as an independent director of AVIC Capital Co., Ltd. from May 2015 to May 2017. Currently, he is also an independent director of China Oceanwide Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 00715), China Minsheng Bank Corp., Ltd. (a company listed on both the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with stock codes being 600016 and 01988, respectively), China Tonghai International Financial Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code. 00952), Zhongjin Gold Corp., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 000625) and Chongqing Chang’an Automobile Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 000625).

Mr. Liu graduated from Beijing College of Economics (precursor to Capital University of Economics and Business) with a bachelor’s degree in economics in July 1983 and from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a master’s degree in economics in July 1986.

Mr. Mao Jiye, born in 1963, and an executive Director of the Company. He has been a professor at the Renmin Business of School (former president 2013-2021), a distinguished professor under “Chang Jiang Scholars Program” of Ministry of Education, and the former president of the China Association for Information System (CNAIS). He was a Highly Cited Chinese Researchers (Elsevier list 2015-2018) and an author of multiple National Excellent 100 Management Cases. He published a hundred of academic papers in international and national academic journals and important academic conferences and his main research areas include digital transformation and organizational restructuring of traditional enterprises, big data application and digital technology outsourcing management. He taught in the University of Waterloo in Canada (1995-2002) with a tenured position. He also served as the vice president under the strategic advisory committee of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation, the management consultant of Shenzhen YUTO Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., an external director of Hubei Fobon Technology Co., Ltd and the consultant of Shanghai Kangda New Materials Group Co., Ltd..

Mr. Mao Jiye graduated with a degree in economic information management from Renmin University of China in 1985. He obtained an MBA degree from McGill University in 1989 and a doctoral degree from University of British Columbia in 1995.

Mr. Bingsheng Teng (滕斌圣), born in 1970, is an executive Director of the Company. He currently serves as the associate dean, associate professor of strategic management and a director of Unicorn Research Centre (獨(dú)角獸研究中心) of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (長(zhǎng)江商學(xué)院). He served as an assistant professor and associate professor of strategic management at George Washsington University (喬治華盛頓大學(xué)) in U.S., during the which, he was honored as a Wendell and Louis Crain Research Scholar (科瑞研究學(xué)者). He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions and strategic management. He is also currently serving as an independent non-executive director of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (萬(wàn)達(dá)酒店發(fā)展有限公司), a company whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 00169), and Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (長(zhǎng)飛光纖光纜股份有限公司), a company whose shares are listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 06869, 601869); and an independent director of Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
